∙ Coordinate, develop, and sustain coaching relationships with school personnel in partnership with administration in order to increase the capacity to effectively analyze assessment data and increase performance at a district level. 

∙ Responsible for supporting instructional planning, the provision of instruction, coaching and feedback to classroom teachers, and training and support to teachers at the school.

∙ Perform observations, feedback, and coaching regarding instructional practices to teachers in the programs of STEM, Literacy, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science. 

∙ Facilitation of progress monitoring, data discussions, curriculum, and academic intervention planning, and data-driven instructional decisions.
